LANDORANGE is a partnership between Roger Heath and David Fenton who are both qualified civil engineers with Local Government and consulting backgrounds. The Partnership was created in July 2013 and they have developed and delivered numerous, quality subdivisions in Orange and surrounds.

Both Roger and Dave have lived in Orange for over 30 years and brought up their families here. Consequently, they have been heavily involved in many of the community, school and sporting organisations. They have enjoyed seeing Orange evolve into a dynamic, exciting regional city over the past 30 years and in turn, have enjoyed the country lifestyle it provides.

Chris Fenton, who is also a qualified civil engineer and planner, was employed by LANDORANGE in 2023 and has become an integral part of the team. He has brought to the partnership valuable experience after working in project management and planning in Sydney for ten years.
